Our Role

Clarity advised the shareholders of Salterbaxter on all aspects of the transaction from deal strategy and preparation to negotiation and transaction execution.

We led the negotiations on pricing and structure to ensure an optimal outcome and successful conclusion.

We were responsible for the overall project management of the transaction including liaising with multiple advisors, managing due diligence and maintaining momentum through to completion.
