JEGI CLARITY acted as the sole corporate finance advisor to the shareholders of Jones Knowles Ritchie (JKR) on their investment from UK based private equity firm Growth Capital Partners (GCP).

JKR was founded in 1990 and employs over 300 people globally across its London, New York, Singapore, and Shanghai offices. GCP’s investment will allow JKR to remain independent, provide a full exit for the founders and give the existing leadership team the freedom to continue growing the business.
