Clarity advised Computershare, the shareholders of IML, on all aspects of the transaction from deal strategy and preparation to negotiation and transaction execution.
Clarity assisted the management in preparing the business for sale, including strategy around complex business separation issues and was responsible for identifying and managing discussions with potential acquirers on a global basis, including hosting management marketing presentations in both North America and Europe.
Having identified the acquirer, Clarity led the negotiations on pricing and deal structure, maintaining momentum and managing the project to its successful completion.
