Epiphany is an award-winning, independent search marketing specialist with offices in the UK and Australia.

Most recently, Epiphany was named MiNetwork Digital Agency of the Year 2013, the best independent agency outside London in The Drum’s New Year Honours 2014 and a member of the Top 10 Elite Agency Group by The Drum’s Digital Census 2013.

Jaywing Plc is a UK based marketing and consulting business providing services such as digital marketing, brand marketing, data analysis and contact centre services to its blue chip clients.

The acquisition of Epiphany will strengthen Jaywing’s performance in search marketing and increase its use of “Big Data” science in powering highly creative multi-channel marketing activities.

Our Role

Clarity was the sole corporate finance advisor to the shareholders of Epiphany.

Clarity advised on all aspects of the transaction from deal strategy and preparation through to marketing and finally negotiation of pricing and deal structure.

Clarity played a critical role in managing the transaction through to a successful conclusion.
