Based in London with offices in New York and Singapore, Brand Learning employs approximately 120 people globally helping organizations drive sustained customer-led growth by enhancing their marketing, sales, digital, HR and leadership capabilities.

Brand Learning has served over 160 leading organizations across consumer goods, retail, life sciences, automotive, resources and financial services industries in helping them with their customer strategies and vision, new operating models, process development, content, cultural change and learning programs.

The acquisition strengthens Accenture’s ability to drive end-to-end marketing and sales transformation for clients by creating a seamless service spanning marketing and sales strategy, organizational design and industry-specific consulting. It will also link with the digital design and engagement capabilities of Accenture Interactive.

Our Role

Clarity was the corporate finance advisor to the Group Board of Brand Learning working closely with the Chairman, Group CEO and Group Commercial Director, the internal Finance and HR teams and legal advisors. 


Our role included leading the overall process, researching a wide range of purchaser options, supporting the negotiations on pricing and structure as well as project management at key stages in the transaction. Clarity also played a valuable role in supporting the financials behind the due diligence process and helped to secure an excellent overall result for all parties.
