Our Role

Clarity advised the shareholders of adam&eve on the approach received from DDB Worldwide and all aspects of the subsequent transaction.

Clarity led the negotiations on pricing and deal structure, designed to deliver the desired benefits to adam&eve and DDB.

Clarity was responsible for the overall project management of the transaction through to successful completion on a strict timeline, including coordinating mutual due diligence and other teams of specialist advisors.
