• John joined Clarity as an Associate from the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch in London where he focused on corporate finance advisory in the EMEA region.
• John’s deal experience spans numerous sectors and includes M&A and financing transactions in the media and technology industries.
• Before Merrill Lynch, John worked as a consultant for Carle & Co. and Alvine Capital Management, both alternative investment advisory firms.
• John holds a MSc in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics, where he was a Per Eriksson scholar ranking in the top 2% of the graduating class.
