• Ben has completed dozens of transactions over 15 years across most media sub-sectors including advertising and marketing services, business and consumer publishing, online, production and broadcasting, and related technology sectors.
• In 2000, Ben was a founding member of the team at LongAcre Partners, now part of Jefferies.
• Before moving into corporate finance, Ben spent 6 years in corporate law, latterly as a solicitor at Olswang, where he advised on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions, financings and joint ventures.
• Ben holds a BA Honours degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford.
